If you're new to Web Development, or you don't want to go through the hassle of coding etc, you can try out some of the best CMS (Content Management Systems) on the following website.

The website is called http://www.opensourcecms.com/

Personally, I love CMS Made Simple (found here). Though I'd not use it on my own professional websites, if I wanted to help a client in an easy to manage system I wouldn't hesitate to advise them with that. It's so simple. Maybe if I was in a rush I'd use it.
