Its ok but I dont like the buttons or the content headers. To be honest its pretty boring, the colours are all the same, maybe change them to oranges etc?

Its one of your best habbo layouts so far. :) Buuuttt... The banner is small, I don't understand why you have a nav then a box then 2 nav buttons :S, pluss why are the two separate (banner and the main template)? also content boxes are just a bit small :)
