Best place for me to train?

i want to get them all to 70+ so i was wondering where is the best place to train on lowish things??

ice Warriors Are lvl 70' sumtins idk havent played runescape in ages.

they drop laws sometimes they are off the cost of port sarim i think :S

Start creature of frankenstein quest get the 2 halfs of the key put them together go east of the manor use the key with the end gravestone.

Enter go down and they are there :D

Not the lvl 49 or something. Only the lvl 25 gives 400 xp.
