Hey, well i thought i would try and brand new style of layout.
I came up with this.
Personally im really pleased:D

Yes. Change the white to a grey or something similar, and put a nice silvery splash in the background image, then make the main content box have opacity.

It's not practical, but it's better than your previous work :).
Its better than your usual but as adam said it isnt really practical, im also not to keen on the 'banner' its HUGE.

What type of splash in the background?
Make a nice thing in photoshop. For example, sometimes in pre-opening pages you just get a sort of 'ice' effect, usually silver, with their name on it. Something like that.

Personally I think it would look plain without the watermark on therefore you need to add a swish or something like the logo in the background to breakup the white.
I love the logo though :) -> If you improved it - it could be great

O hey scott i took your advice.How did this look now? How can i inprove even more?:)
If the template gets better i might think about making it a real site.

I think the buttons would look good if when you hovered over them they poped out a bit more if you understand that. Otherwise it looks great :)

Yep i have the code for a picture that goes inside and when your mouse hover's it pop's out.I was thinking about that last night.
