Easiest way is to upload them to www.photobucket.com an then post the IMG link it gives you :)

I would actually reccomend www.**************** (http://www.****************) as their server isnt busy and uploading time is almost instant. Imageshack will convert BMP into JPEG which will ruin the image quality. www.iaza.com (http://www.iaza.com) tho sonverts images to GIF
