My operation :)!

HIYA!

I got discharged from Hospital about two hours ago, so i'm coming to say hi and stuff.

Basically it was well alright, my operation went fine and stuff. I'm in pain though, lol. I have to like walk around and lie down alot haha.

The food was suprisingly nice, and I had my own room with Sky TV.

haha the moment i woke up they gave me a bottle of pepsi and told me to drink it LOL

cause i lost like blood sugar or something *was just waking up from general ansthetic when they gave me it*

and then at lunch they gave me like a proper nice cooked meal (chicken nuggets, chips and beans ftw!!11 o and apple crumble for after LOL). the food was really nice, cuz like, its a private hospital.

and OMG when i woke up in recovery (before they gave me some coke), i had a gas mask on my face *was scared* and i remember the first thing i said was "Is this a dream?"

ive got a photo of me in my bed somewhere LOL

oh and cuz im still under pediatrics (under 18) i got a bupa teddy bear and bravery award :eusa_danc

Lol. When i went to have my knee done i was in my on room too :D

I got way more and my op was done through the NHS, and it wasn't private "/

Cooked roast dinners, loads of teddies, a few certificates, a fabric band with my name on and the ward and the doctors "/ But this was... *counts* 12 years ago, so the NHS wasn;t as much of a hell hole I imagine back then.

What did you have done btw?

i was on private :)
Private hospitals are so nice. I only had my op on the nhs because it somehow turned out it would be quicker LOL. I had to go down to london though >_>

I had my check ups in a private hospital though
