I need help with my phone..

Right, I got a new phone today and I'm having trouble putting songs on it. I have the CD that came with the phone and when I put it in, something comes up and then I click to install the program that lets me put songs on my phone but then it says their is an "error installing".

What can/should I do?

just use the usb cable if you got one with the phone, and not use the disc. that's how i get songs on mine, i didnt even install the disc. if not then i dno soz.

I dont use the disc, never have i just use the usb cable, click "file manager" on da fonez.

Works perfectly fine (Click and drag the files)
