Air France Concorde Crash July 25, 2000. Jacques Herubel, a former Aerospatiale engineer, is under investigation for negligence leading to the crash. A report stated that the company had more than 70 incidents involving Concorde tyres between 1979 and 2000, but had failed to take appropriate steps based upon these incidents. The concern among aviation specialists has been that as aviation grows more complicated, the fear of criminal charges is leading airline officials and crew members to hold back information, possibly contributing to more deadly accidents.
Basically, the flight that took off before the Air France; Something dropped off her engine/part of the plane, the concorde lines up and runs over the metal at speed, causing it to whip up, rip through the engine, causing a fuel leak and making her explode shortly after V2
Thanks :)
