Well the winner of japan was origionally some japanese letters ?-? (?=japanese letter I can't type) and I think they've made this acount and they re did the film into english so all the films could be judged? I doubt that the judges spoke about 10 languages.

Well thats a bit obvious, The UK voting lines are rubbish we just vote for popularist or person giving away more furner, If we had someone who was generin and not out to get votes by cheating and wasn't very popular and the staff judged the movies to be picked for final, I think we would have gone a long way :l.
