Need Help

Dont know if this is the right thread but ow well.

I want to start making layouts for sites ( going yo use MS Paint )

Does any1 know the size the layout needs to be ?
Also does anyone know any free tools i can use ?

You can download The Gimp, its a good editing program. And yeah, this should have been posted in website design & development.

There is no set sizes for layouts, just whatever size you like.
