Was wondering most forums have the category above the
(forum, last posts, threads, posts)

And i was wondering how to do this aswel as having each category breaked so for e.g

u have the first category then it does a break then starts next category

I think he means Forum Catergories.
Like individual sections.

I have taken a screenie of habbo.net i have highlighted what i mean, as u can see the category is above the forum, new posts etc.

and there is a break after each category
