Hmm, I think that guy who used to write instead of talk in season 2 is behind the kidnapping on Sarah and LJ. He said he only wants one of the brothers in SONA, maybe he planned Sarah and LJ's kidnapping so get that guy out?
I also think Michael and Linc split up because either:

Sarah dies because of Linc
LJ dies because of Michael

Cant wait till Episode 3 which airs in America tonight, so I will download it tomorrow :)

I think my theory was correct :)
He said FBIs were after him. That guy wanted one of the brothers in so he can blackmail them. Makes sense.
I think there is a body part of either Sarah or LJ in that box. Maybe their hand / finger / leg?

she apparantly got fired so the kidnapping could be her exit

She didn't get fired. She fell pregnant, therefore cannot film.

Padwan is obviously behind the kidnapping because its the companys doing.. I think this is actually going to be the last series because its out in both here and America at the same time (normally months of a difference.)

Not watched the 3rd ep yet due to insufficient links. :(
