You have not cracked it this time. It makes out to the view that they are ******ed, and the headings are rubbish along with the button drop navigation. Also, the side boxes are tiny and it bores me looking at it.

Try a different style. Go with something basic. freecsstemplates.org or whatever the hell it's calleds main layout is nice, simple and clean. Look at Rico - his designs are nice and simple yet he makes a lot of money. Yours looks like dung.

And yes I do like peoples' designs. Designs that are decent and dont resemble my breakfast.

Hmmm not bad...I think I prefered the other one though.

I would:
-Make the box tops square opposed to round
-Remove the grey line around the box tops it mucks it up
-Make the box tops slightly taller
-Make the general colour scheme darker, a navy blue, like tehupload?

I don't like it. It's not improving from your last one. It doesn't fit well together, it looks like a 'noob' layout, the effects used that is. Keep trying, you'll hopefully get a nice one soon. As for the above comment many 13 year olds design superiorly to that and make money designing professional, I was one, but y'know I'm 14 now ;)

Change the tabs ? Wen you're going to use drop-shadows please use them in a subtil way. dont go "overboard" on them. Try add a very subtil gradient on the tabs background color.
Use smaller corpses. (fonts). Your font atm there is quite big, try to keep it between 10-11px.
Hmm, at some boxes your text is about 2px from the boxes border. Try have a minimum of 5 to 10 px space between the border and your text
Use a different colour sheme ? you 'could' use that colour sheme, but try some different tints of that colour then. Have a look on this site: http://kuler.adobe.com/

Umm, no. Lighten the drop shaddow (or kill it) and change the stroke on the boxes. It still looks pathetic though apart from that. I wouldn't bother trying to make it better as you will honestly not get anything from it. Start again is my advice.
