well there's this guy at my school, he got to say a line in (it's a movie, if you don't already know) the kingdom,

I can't remember exactly what he said, but he said he earned a certain amount of money for it, and it sounded pretty unrealistic for one line.

how much would you earn for saying one line in a movie, lol?

depends what movie it is
if its a massive blockbuster it can be ridiculous amounts of money

Budget $80,000,000

I'm going to make a guess of $4500, but tbh it depends if he features in the rest of the film like in the background or if its just a line out of the blue

is it just a short 1 liner? id say about £500? hes just an extra, most of the money would be spent on the main actors and the set.

To be fair - extras in films and tv shows get paid quite a bit for just standing there acting normal. So if he said something aswell, he must have been payed a mint. Dunno exact amount.

I got paid £70 for playing football for 8 seconds for a film called The Might Celt

I wouldnt be surprised if he got a lot. Makers of Harry Potter 6 had to give £200 to every member of a neighbourhood and £30,000 to the council just so their houses could be seen in shot during filming of the latest film. So I could see it being quite a bit! :P

I'm not sure what he said he earned, I wasn't really paying attention, it just hit me as unrealistic.

and haha, $4500 is a lottttt, for saying one line?
i'd do it!
