Perfect answer :) +Rep
If you cant find the body, then you cannot proove that the girl is dead.
You can find blood, look at photos, but they still dont proove she is dead.
Photos can be edited ... so they arent the best source of evidence.

If there is enough evidence to support it then I don't see why they can't be charged. Going as far as editing photos seems abit weird to me, As if they were very desperate to charge someone for her murder. As long as they can piece together what happened through some evidence then I'm pretty sure you can be charged without the finding of a corpse, Or the remains of one. I'm sure many people have been charged for murders without having the body been discovered.

Nothing to do with the body not being found.
Put it in a different phrase for the dumb people.

Did her mummy and daddy kill maddy
or does
A person have her looking after her in thier house somwere in the world.

In all fairness, how could anyone keep a 4 year old girl alive for this ammount of time, with all the media attention.

the ocean.
A body floats when its relaxed (which it is when your dead)
So where is it ment to be?
It would of came ashore by now wouldnt it?

One of the theories were the parents borrowed another brit's yacht and dropped a sack weighed down with bricks and of course Maddy into the ocean where Portugese police had said it would be impossible to find the body.

Who did what?

No because the car was only hired by them 25 days AFTER maddy disappeared and they couldn't of transported the body without the media following them.

I have a neutral stance. Innocent until proven guilty. Assuming they're guilty is the governments way of saying "We're lazy and bored now."
