i Pretty Much Quit But I Came On To Give This Tut.
Note; Idk How to Code It i Just Know How To make One And Use It On YOUR Computer.
Im Using CS2 Idk If Others Work Though
1. Download This Plugin > http://rapidshare.com/files/60063306/Cursor.8bi.html (http://rapidshare.com/files/60063306/Cursor.8bi.html)
2. Save The New Plugin In This Folder >
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS2\Plug-Ins\File Formats
And Name It " Cursor " Without The Quotation Marks Or The Spaces
Note; If Needed Switch CS2 With CS3/W/e
3. Make A New Document 32 x 32.
4. Make A Solid Colour Backround.
5. Make The Cursor. Make Sure The Point (The "Clicker") Is At The Top Left Corner.
6. Click The Background Colour With The Magic Wand Tool And Click Select > Similar.
Then While Its Still Selected Click Select > Save Selection. Name It BG (Idk If It Matters But Its What i Did)
DO NOT DELETE IT. It Will NOT Show Up In The Cursor.
7. File > Save As
File Name: Doesnt Matter
Format: CursorFormat (*.CUR;*.CUR)
Then Go Into Control Panel > Printers Etc > Mouse > Cursor > Select Yours.
Congrats.
