Basically, you register for the site (see bottom for link) and click on the ads listed and it adds $0.01 to your balance.
You also get $0.01 for every ad each of your referrals click!

There is a premium option- but the free element has no restrictions!

All you need is a paypal account for the money to be paid into - you don't even have to have a credit card to register with paypal. When registering, when it prompts for you to add your card details, just click cancel.. You can use the money in your paypal account for any online purchases then, such as eBay.
