[HELP!]Having trouble with layout coding

Hey.
I am new to coding and slicing, and I have tried and tried to do this layout for my drama school, i've tried tables, iframes and divs but I just can't get the hang of it. I was wondering if someone could code it for me?
I can give you web-hosting but thats about it.
