Where can you get a job for Christmas if your fifteen? (+rep)

Anyone know any links to companies like Tesco/Sainsburys or big companies or something like that, who have jobs for like 15+

It's not 16 by law, you can get a job at 14, you just can't sell alocohol etc.

Does Tesco actually allow 15-year-olds? I thought it was 18...

i think it varies from place to place. it'd be best to go into stores where you wanna work and ask them.

That's probably why your allowed to work their at such a young age, cause I just rang my local Tesco and they told me where to get off and said I had to be 17. :rolleyes:

If it comes to it I might apply at McDonalds, lol!

Oh and I just found out you need to be sixteen to work at Argos.

And it's not exactly shortage for money, it's just I'd rather have £50+ in my pocket, than nothing.

I got a xmas job at woolworths when i was 15, still working there now. Not sure if the rules are differant on the mainland.
