Yeh its only 3 days BUT... Habbo shouldent confirm that they will be given out on Tuesday 9th if they think their might be a problem/delay. Habbo should just state that "The Iron Badges will be given out next week" or "The Iron Badges will be given out before Friday" I understand how it annoys some people.
