Ok, today the cops had these road stops so I was going home and I had 8 people in the van (van seats 8) and I get stuck in one of these road stops. They ask me for my licence, registration, insurance, so I gave it to them and then the were like you have 8 people in a 7 passenger mini-van and I was like it's an 8 passenger van? Then they go, the seat between the 2 captians chairs doesen't count as a seat and I was like "KK OFFICER I DIDN'T KNOW" and they handed me back my stuff and I was off.

I think that if there is a seat and a seatbelt it counts as a seat.

There such a waste of time? Like whos going to be drunk at 3:00 on a tuesday afternoon? And if you have to wait in line to get through and you're not wearing a seatbelt.. common sense PUT IT ON BEFORE THEY CHECK~?

Nope. Never. I hope not cause sometimes when am with my mom & the fam there's like 8 people in a 5-seater SUV & some people are on other people's laps, etc. It's horrible. Lol. So far, never been stopped when I'm driving. My parents do but they always find something to say to get out of it.
