Custom Email names @' '.com

Okay, how and where do people get these custom email names?
Eg. @example.com

Theres only certain ones you can have, if you make your own on msn (blah@ilikedosg&cats.com) you won't be able to change your msn name, or read emails :D

You own the domain, or get in contact with the domain owner, you create the email address normally in a webcontrol panel such as cpanel or plesk assigning a mailbox to it then if you want to use it with MSN you create a net passport for it at passport.com

the way I did it.

Set up a website (domain +hosting)

Use inhost webmail

Then when creating MSN account used the my own email account

and set online email to outlook so I could view mail without logging into the webhosting account.
