Mod Pannel for what? I know it's been asked in previous, but we cant help if we don't know what TYPE of ModPannel you want.

Turn off radio

A Radio panel can do some of those things...

Just get something like Powerpanel for most of it, and then (get someone to) write the maintenance and radio on/off script :)
