I do agree that it always works better to promote from within but any jobs that are available or will becoming available will still be there for the taking.

I was once the forum owner the first ever hxf member so from adding at least 70% of whats here now including most of the rules etc (Not the language rule before i get the blame lol) I have run this place, then seen it run with me as a member and now I am back too help however I can.
Not many people have had the opportunity to return as admin but even though I did leave did'nt change the way I thought about HXF and have and always will want the place to keep improving.

Yes I did have a year away from here but that was only on this forum account so have seen everything that has gone on over the years.

Jrh was offered it as a result of all he's done for Habbox. People are allowed to "return" in extraordinary cases. He is probably the most extraordinary case, being the original owner of HabboxForum :P

Additionally, for those of you complaining about the SMods moving up to Admins and stealing a SMod spot, he isn't stealing any available slot, and there will still be a Super Mod moving up. He's just someone else to help out, and also partially as recognition for all he's done (sort of like how Freak is an AGM even though he hasn't logged on in ages - though J will probably actually *do* stuff as an admin :P)
