I have gotten this Idea from boonzeet and the fellow who posted one before him, It's nothing to do with van gouthm, its actully a picture of the england and ireland paitned in early 1700s :)

Yea but they way he's attitude says it, he could have gave more then that, ideas on how to improve, but no he simply said its crap, I would love to see what he can do but no he can't do nothing then a picture of him holding his parents hand crossing the road, and damn even thats stickmen, but I don't know who you are so lets not argue until we know where we stand..

Ok... It's crap because you took artistic license, the uk and being able to edit it. And made it look nothing like that. And you can't criticise his drawing skills if he hasn't shown you any :)
