It's not the mega supers what people are bothered about, it's Dino's, Thrones, Green Pillows, Petal Patches and so on.

Think of how the Hotel would react now, if Thrones were released? The effect would be the same if the hotels merged.

I second that, anyone with Brains would sell their super rares on UK now, which are normal rares on USA, so when they merge they'd be no problems. That's saying if it would go ahead.

It could work easily, when you register on the 'Super hotel' you pick a name, and PW like usual, but at the bottom you can input your .com or .co.uk username and password and it'll transfer all your furni and possessions onto super hotel. It'd cause a mess up with console, but as your UK friends move onto super hotel, they could auto be added to your list. It also means if you have a crap .co.uk name, when you transfer you get to pick a new one and it transfers your possession's, it's also freeing up names.

I thought .com opening their own hotel back in 04 was stupid anyway. Same with .ca, habbo seemed more of a community in those days.

I'd be very happy to see all-English hotels merge, it would also accredit sulakes finances.

There would also be a rise in popularity; as instead of people being bored with 500 odd people in their local hotel, there would be 10k on a main hotel and that would appeal to newer users as it would interest them more.

I was hooked into habbo when only .com, .ch and .fi existed and back then (regardless of what time zone you were in) there was always something to do. Now every hotel I go on, it just seems to be the same thing on every hotel.

For example, Kristian.k10's talk show back in 02/03/04 I remember people queuing for ages just to see that show. When kris moved to .ca, the show lost popularity which led to him quitting habbo. Nowadays, nothing like this seems to exist.

Anyways, doubt it would happen UNLESS Sulake would be happy dealing with a large legal bill :)

They will close the hotels for a few days/weeks and most likely put up a registration page, with you entering your new information (your new account on the merged hotel) and your old account information, so the details can be moved onto the new one.

If there really is a merge it's not going to be within the actual hotels. It'll be just with staff and staff offices like the DK/SE/NO merge that they just did (The main office is in Denmark, and the staff speak norweigian, danish, and swedish to update news on respective sites. All three languages are very similar, many words just have alternative spelling.)

It saves them rent and employment expenses.

If anything were to happen it would probably equal a merging of the hotel itself.

Edit; This would make it easier to see why Habbo UK is going to get all the future updates because there will be lot's of

Ahh I see whew, I don't want merger. Prefer it as the way it is, the unique UK community is why I continue to use Habbo UK when I started Habbo, and not move on to SG when I found it.

Actually, I don't really mind a merger, but there must be a system to transfer stuff over, etc. If only things (badges, furni, friend list, rooms (all those hard work making theme rooms!)) can be transfered over seamlessly (a job for the techies in Finland), then I welcome the merge :)

The account is obviously fake. It is impossible to merge two hotels however it isnt impossible to merge 2 offices.

I very much doubt UK and USA will merge because the USA and CA office has already merged and 3 hotels in 1 office would be stupid and probually make them all very badly run which, in the long run will loose sulake money. Its a known fact Habbo is making less profits but thats purely because of the competiton now, theres so many online communitys other than habbo and better run than habbo.

I think you'll find games on ps1/2 aren't chatrooms full of preteens thinking they've got something to prove, nor do they require pay for additional services. So they're incomparable.

It is impossible. Accounts would be lost, because different people owe the same account names on different hotels. Rare values would be wrecked because rare values are different to each hotel. Staff positions would be messed up, people would lose jobs.

Plus, how exactly, is Habbo US not doing well? Half the time it has more users than UK.
