The Petal is a real money maker for Sulake, so instead of bringing it out many times and upsetting people, it makes sence to make a rare that is very similar.

I really dont know about this rare. Some days i look at it and think "Thats, actually cool!" Then some days i think. "Wth? Another petal" Depends what mood am in. :)
