Right, I have a little bit of experience with SAM and I thought my online skills are pretty awesome. :P But, I'm only 13 and was wondering If I apply for DJ would my application get rejected automatically because of my age.
At least I'm mature ;)

Your age is fine, personally I would say the minimum age to DJ would be 11 seeing as you can use Habbo then, whether or not you get a trial would be based on the ability shown by you in your application :].

Now your the Head DJ, :)
Time to find a good microphone to buy. Don't want to be sending in my app with a recording sounding like it was recorded with a mobile phone.
Also,It says to attach a 60 sec clip of you DJ'ing.
It basically means you pretending to be online on HabboxLive?
Taking requests and so on.

That will get you ahead of 60% of the applications :o you would be suprised how many really low quality sound clips get sent in :o then even more amazing is when they re-apply next time and send in the same poor quality clip.

Yes you pretend to be live on the radio and its a 30 second clip ;) be confident and maybe do a few shoutouts and then introduce a song.
Good Luck.

Thanks
Your welcome
Good night!
Good Luck :) and here is a long list of tips when you DJ and some may help in your clip aswell. I think this was posted on our staff forums by Adzeh some time back.
These two I though were particularly helpful if you're applying to be a DJ.
Speak to listeners as though they are your good friends : Nobody likes an awkward DJ who is over professional; have fun with the listeners, get chatting and act like you have known them all your life. It will reflect on your shows and popularity, trust me
Be sure of what you are going to say before you say it : The amount of "Erm"'s I hear everyday is appauling, make sure you know exactly what you are going to talk about after a song at least 30 seconds before it finishes.
Echoes : Don't say the same things every time a song finishes and you start speaking again, you sound unprofessional and stupid. Mix it about and give it some welly.
Always be honest in your application and give it your all!
Good Luck,
Grig :)
