A little message from JENOVA I got told to tell forum users just yesterday, I've looked through it thoroughly, and I guess since HxF is my favourite forum I'll inform you lot first. Here it goes, I do quote JENOVA herself:

The prophecies are slowly coming true, the formation of JENOVA is almost finished. The second step of JENOVA's reconstruction will be to gather new members into the JENOVA ranks, and to rid the world of the... *sneer* Shinra Corporation. I have commanded my SOLDIER's to hurry up with the upbringing of my base and recruitment process, and I have been informed they are coming to their final phases of development. Recruitment is nigh, and thus I am... Curious.

Do I have to put it in bullet points for you? :S JENOVA is something which was formed by the current Hotel Manager, Lost_Witness, but then he was player support, doing an event for RAF4U. All the members loved it so much, they tried to bring it back and with a bit of luck, Lostie is now helping out to bring it back too! I can't like, confirm any details at all but it's coming soon tbh.
