I simply wanted more proof, I wasn't saying you were lieing as you've obviously heard it from somewhere and your just acting on the information you've head. I just wondered if there was anything else you could show me that backed it up abit.

Ive heard a similar rumour. That if you are born after next month you wont be able to get it until 18.

I dont see how a year makes any difference and hope its not true.

its lies, every single year there are rumours about raising the driving age - it happened even as long ago as when my mum was learning. the only changes being made are to tests init, theyre getting harder/have got harder
