Hey and welcome to my second RVR. I've been noting down a few trades i've seen recently and i've compiled them into a report. Enjoy :)

Now that there are quite a few of these either lost in rooms and not up for trade, we may see a slight rise in the price of them. Then again, trading at 2.2 CS, It could inhibit their value. I dont think many people will trade at 2.2 CS, either going up to 2.5 CS or even going back down to 2 CS. Here's a list of the trade's i've seen.

Trading Above Habbox Price: 2.5CS (x1)




Snow Patch + Sand Patch

Now that there are more and more patches becoming available, the demand for snow patches and sand patches has fallen greatly. I am having serious doubts whether they will rise or fall below this value for a long time, and i think the chances of rising are lower than the chances of falling. Saying that, these patches are becoming more and more rare. If obtaining them bceomes more of a trek people may be willing to pay that little bit extra. (e.g 2 CS)

Black Monolith

I've seen this item traded a fair few times over a period of time. If i can remember rightly, it recently dropped. I think people are trying to sell these off in fear of another drop, and i've seen them sold at 1.8 CS and even 1.5 CS. But saying that i've seen them traded at 2 CS as well. I predict another fall for the monolith. I think it's major problem is that it doesnt seem to fit in any sort of barring as a gate.
