GTA SA:MP Help!

Hi, i've recently whiped my compuer meaning I had to re-install all of my games.

Today I installed GTA and SAMP, but when I load either of them up instead of the videos at start up it just comes up white?
And my SA:MP won't connect to a server, just the normal game.

Anyone know whats wrong? :S

Go to the settings in SAMP and it should have a address to the location of your GTA San Andreas folder. Make sure it's correct. Your problem sounds like it's looking for a folder that no longer exists. I had the same problem.

The adress of it is
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\

Which seems right to me?

You've got the original game, 2.0 version. In order to play SA:MP you need 1.0. You can download various downgraders and it will allow you to play.

It's nothing to do with a folder that isn't there. :)

Dowload that, make sure your game is closed and then re-start SA:MP and your game.
