COD4 Release Date

Ok im abit confused about the the release date of COD4. the new OXM says it comes out on the 2nd of november and some websites it says the 9th of november.
is anyone sure what day it comes out?

Brother got it 5 days ago, the same fella that he got it from sold me Smackdown vs raw 2007 6days early, one of the first people to register online :D

But yeah, its out Nov 9th in EU :) Im from uk btww.
