OKAY THEN, so jack's site has a simular timetable to clubhabbo. so lets compare:

well really the only thing i see thats the same is the layout and that box around it which isn't even clubhabbo's its habbo's so legally are they allowed to inform the dmca?

shouldn't sulake get involved :S because they say somewhere in there disclaimer that images belong to them. and there sueing for that, its ok if its the same PHP code or layout because i know i would probably do the same but this is just going on stupid.

This is ******* pathetic, another way to make money.
So what if it's the same style you can't file a complaint just for using the same HEX Codes. Fine, if it's the same PHP Code but you can tell that its not by looking at some of the features that ClubHabbo have and AirHabbo don't on their timetable.

The timetable it self is like easy to make in Excel and other programs.

I swear the same timetable script with the same design got released by someone on the forum here like a year ago?
Only difference was the one that got released had a dj deck in the corner.

anyway php codes are free and can be easily made (by people who can code in php ;) )

Also the box around it isnt there image, they used corner images and we have used a top and bottom images.

Do clubhabbo even have a disclaimer or copyright? I cant find any of it on there site. if they have no disclaimer, they are abusing the fansite way and if they have no copyright they have no right to do this, even with copyright they dont

Do ClubHabbo own the original copyright to the file? I think you'll find they do not.

So they can't do anything WITHOUT proof. Also, have you noticed.. the only sites to get suspended are only the ones hosted by CrispHosting :)

obv becuase i bet it was ryan steve and ollie that decided on this. and i looked on there forum the other day they have a clubhabbo ofice LOL would you dare for a fansite :P

our host hates ClubHabbo, and I think evey ones going to hate ClubHabbo now. anyways, I contacted there host due to them using other sites bandwidth and refusing to remove, and I contacted Sulake because there charging other sites because they have Sulakes Images.

tbh I think Sulake hate ClubHabbo (Well Sulake UK) and they should do sumin.
Other than that, why not put sumin of clubhabbo on all of our sites making it look like they stole from all different sites xD

The best thing people can do is report them to Habbo player support as they are trying to trick people into giving them money for nothing.
