Any Good TV?

Is there any good tv programs on at the moment, or about to be on!! I have sky, so if anyone watches any decent programs, wanna enlighten me, cos i end up watching MTV, nd well tht consists of mainly My Sweet 16th, or other such drivvle hehe!!
