Mobile phone wallpapers

Anyone know where I can get wallpapers for mobile phone, which I can save on computer and then just transfer to phone via data cable?

Ummm no, I know you can download a program to make them but I dont know the name.

I cbf with mobiles atm, Im getting a new one for Christmas.

Just get a pic you like of the internet or w/e (Resize it an what have you..) and then just transfer it onto your phone and set it as your wallpaper?

if you got a usb cable just send the picture through the wire onto your phone, then browse to it and go set as wallpaper.
