They make people pay for ripping and then CLUBHABBO rip of INVENT!

*Removed*I would but I spoke to Ollie about this ageees ago. But I have now decided to take action against them stealing it since they are doing it to other sites.

EDIT: I have now emailed their web host's management and attached the real version of the sound clip and I have requested (asked) the site to be suspended whilst we deal with the situation.

Yes, because we can really make sure DJ's don't steal other peoples stuff and play it. Just because someone played a ripped jingle, doesn't mean were responsible for it?

Im sure if it was another site doing it you would say something like along the lines of 'Your staff are your responsibility you should learn to manage them better and because of this you owe me £10'

The DJs only meant to play the Jingles you provide in your DJ Panel from what I remember =/ And yes, I agree to the guy above, you would say "They're your staff, and so its your responsibility!"

Your site is responsible for ANYTHING a DJ Plays. The jingle was also linked to on your forum under the DJ Jingles thread.

the issue of magichabbo.net was sorted we got our £10 back

Well if they won't give you compensation for that ask for the money you lost through paypal charges seeing as if you didn't have to pay them in the first place you would have £10 in comparesion to like £9.70 you will get when removing the money :eusa_whis
