Why I was on Tube yesterday reading Web User magazine I found a little article which made me laugh as it's so very ironic.

Here's the article;

Basically it's just on about a campaign Microsoft are having to cut down on anti-piracy. It's called 'Keep IT Real' - Which isn't very funny...

But for those of you who use Habbo.com or are involved with some Official Habbo US fansites, then you'd realise Habbo US was also running a campaign called 'Keep it real' which is Habbo's anti-retro campaign. Find out more about the habbo.com campaign here (http://www.habbo.com/community/KeepItReal).

Just found it very odd and rather funny how Microsoft are running an anti-piracy and copying campaign and so are Habbo Hotel, but Habbo Hotel copied the name to stop copying. Microsoft's campaign has been there much longer so Habbo have copied the name for their campaign off the Microsoft anti-piracy campaign. When Habbo are encouraging others not to copy Habbo by making retro's?

So Habbo are just as bad as people who make Retro's and copy Habbo, as Habbo copy Microsoft! It's probably a coincidence, but even so, Habbo should of researched it to make sure it's a original name, of which it wasn't.

I'm not sad enough to inform copyright, Habbo or Microsoft. But if you've got nothing better to do with your life, I'd be interested in hearing what's the outcome.
