Where can i cut willows till 45?
then where can i cut maples etc and so on?

If you're on a members server, then you should go up to "Barbarian outpost", you can get there by using a games necklace and teleporting.

There is a deposit box but no bank up there, so only bring the things you need.

You can also go to Draynor village, but that gets very overcrowded these days. the best places are on members servers. :)
