I just recieved a warning from a MOD who I'm not going to name on the forum for saying "No Thanks" to an offer in a trading thread. He said inappropriate comment/post.

The standard of Moderators is seriously slipping and getting a warning for something like refusing an offer in a trading thread because I didn't want to take that offer is seriously uncalled for.

Edited by opensourcehost (Forum Super Moderator): Thread Closed. In future please report infraction problem here - http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=279102 (http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=279102). Please do not create separate threads regarding the infraction issued.

We have just had 3 new additions to the Moderation team recently, One of them is moderating the Trading section of the forum. Please understand that there is an aweful lot of information and guidelines for the new moderators to take in when they first start. If you have recived a warning or infraction you think is unfair, Please report it in the following thread;

He's also now threatening to give me another warning for replying to an offer in my own thread.
I didn't know you could report warnings, because that just says the Infraction thread.

If you have any concerns about a member of staff it's best to contact their manager(s) (which in the case would be either J1MI or ---MAD---), rather than discussing it publically as this often leads to problems. Yes you are allowed to report warnings in the thread I mentioned even though the thread title might not suggest that :).

If you feel the warning is unfair then report it in the appropriate thread to be looked at. The link is in my signature, thanks.

Report the warning and it will get removed.

It was a new Moderator and we do expect a few mistakes :).

I've reported it now, so it's up to the Administrators.
And to mat64 in the Report Infractions thread it said do not PM Admins about it, so I made the thread. I will just PM it to someone next time.

Can this thread be closed now, thanks.

I find that very two-faced. I did at no point "threaten" you. If you feel I was harsh then report it instead of trying to get me in trouble by lying.

Thanks.

Also, you should be getting two really as you commented in your own thread saying that someone had been lieing about trading for your Smoke Machine when this wasn't true. So if you want, it can be for that aswell.
I said you threatened to give me another warning.

Like I said, it's in the midst of being sorted out so can this thread now be closed.

Hehe yes I realise that, I meant if you wanted to report behavior or problems your having with certain members of staff you should report them to their managers. Even though that's not the case here :).

:) I've dealt with this matter. Newer moderators are not always 100% sure of the system of moderating we have at Habbox as it is fairly complex so there are bound to be mistakes. We apologise for the inconvenience and suggest that you just report infractions that you feel are unfair in the report infractions thread (link found in my signature).
