Is this 40gb PS3 out?

I've decided that although I love my 360 , the PS3 looks like it is about to dominate the market and i need a cut price PS3 :)

That and it has MGS4 :(

Hes a Sim fanatic ;P The only games I would buy a PS3 for is Resistance and Gran Turismo HD but there we go :P
