I tried 2 post there yer and it just keeps saying im banned but then i press back and i get unbanned :S.

Its due to you being Cautioned you get limited accessability to forums/features.

I wouldn't be cautioned if they'd let me report ma silly infraction.

That is a very valid point - surely you should be able to report in the correct thread as you can't pm :S
