What kind of homework do you get? Am guessing if you take x10 the stated dose on the bottle. Most vitamins usually say "Take on a day" So am guessing about 10! My predictions, lol.

If you are thinking of killing yourself with minerals and vitamins then I doubt it's going to work.
I have never heard of someone being killed by minerals and vitamins overdose.

If its for a school project then refuse to do it, they shouldn't be making you answer question's like that.
