The other day i noticed some spots on my forehead and i been putting spot pads on them everyday but there not going anywhere ;(
And this morning woke up and they was all bleeding grotesquely.

I think you'll find quite a lot of guys do put make up on actually.

Try washing your face daily & try using Proactive. You can apply the Proactive mask daily.
Wash your face day and night with a face-wash directly targeted to removing excess oils and blemishes.
I reccomend Clearasil or Nivea for Men.

Don't eat processed carbs or sugary foods or foods high in saturated fats.

Oh yeah, I have an on going war with spots. I use the Oxy face wash, then this cream called Quiniderm. They usually gone within a week - I have to use both of the products though to get a good effect.
