Hey All,

I'm still in the process of coding the Radio DJ Panel v4 but I'm just wondering about a possible new feature for the upgrader/installer....

What would you think of me adding some sort of functionality in the installer/upgrader that would allow you to switch and transfer easily from another DJ Panel (like import your users and whatnot)? I'm just talking the major ones for the time being such as Kristall Panel, PowerPanel, GoogleIt, and possibly some version of Housekeeping?

Although i have never used dj pannel i think that this would be a great idea!

Great idea :] I no longer would suggset anyone using Housekeeping :P Wayyy too old.

Well first off let me just say thanks for all the replies :) Its always good to get some opinions from the users before you go ahead with anything major.

Now just out of curiosity what other panels would you suggest I make the upgrader/switcher for aside from the ones listed below:

-Kristall Panel
-PowerPanel
-GoogleIT
-Housekeeping (which version should I do?)

Well - In my opinion it is a DJ Panel that is slightly lacking in features but it can be downloaded from habboring.com and you can judge it for yourself.

hmm just basocally do it for all the dj panels make it easy?
maybe add a built in advanced radio stats?

Not really as easy as that :P It'd take a fair whack of code for each panel, after studying the database schemas.

I wouldn't bother with HK TBH, haven't seen a site use it in ages.

HabboCPG is based off of the Googleit Radio panel, Just has been gaven complete new looks.

This would be a great idea for people who want to upgrade from RDJP v3! Alos for other uers who want to change a panel

and as jewbear said : ODNT BUMP 1 YEAR OLD THREADS ITS ANNOYING
