Help coding a layout :D

Can anyone help me do this? So far I have made the layout and sliced it in fireworks. Imported into a dreamweaver. I have so far worked out how to make the buttons link places

That's the reason I want to be able to code it myself. So I don't have to pay someone to do it :( I just want to learn how :)
