Before V12 they was in the catalogue (3 credits), they was blue before. Late September when the new halloween was added to the externals it was revamped to the Pumpkin design, it's odd that it hasn't been released for Halloween, as it has on nearly every hotel hotel! I have seen them sell for around 3 per hc, but that was when they was revamped! Hope this helps :P
