Ok right, this may sound really stupid.. But don't take the **** alright, the first skin I'm making lmao.

How do I get the background colour behind that text Green? You can see, the first bit is where I havn't hovered over it, and the second bit I've hovered.

I've fiddled about with it and I can't figure it out.. Hmm.

When your making the skins, you changed the font colour, check in style managers where you change the colour of the category, underneath it you have font colour , change that

Buuuut I got the font colours what I want.

It's the background colour behind the font i wanna change.

&btw, scratch the second image, go from the first one.

when i change it to green though, i get the second image. i just want the like titles with the green background, and the rest with the grey?

You gave me the wrong section, thats for the body ( the background for the forum not page)

I can do it another way, send me the XML file, and ill change it for you, and also printscreen what you need to do.

OR

Look for the green colour hex code in those links above ( normal links css) etc

i know what the green colour hex code is, and well when i edit that section, say change grey to green, the bit i want to change, changes. but then so does another bit.

Don't worry man, i was worse but now I know the basics for skinning.

So you know where it is, don't change it to a colour leave it blank you can do this by clicking the colour and go to the 4 dotted box thingy on the menu wen it comes up


XML is the download file for the skin.

I will try and get screenshots on how to do it.

Printscreen where the green is, it should be where 'normal links css' >>> across them headers.
