The band will be in the Horror Drome between 6 and 6:30pm to answer as many of your questions as possible. They will then be participating in an exclusive VIP chat with 20 lucky competition winners. It's just two days until Halloween and this year we will be celebrating the big day with a massive Devil's Night Party. Put on your Habboween costume and update your mission with your spooky costume name and Habbo Staff will be wondering the Public Rooms with loads of Habboween Badges to give away. The party will stretch throughout the hotel with Trick or Treating taking place inside the Haunted Mansion. The Devil's Night festivities will begin from 4pm and stretch late into the night!

As our Habboween Pumpkin Design and Costume Alt competitions draw to a close (winners announced tomorrow!), it's time to launch the Haunted Photo competition. We are offering you the chance to win up to 100 Habbo Credits and of course a great Habboween Badge just for submitting your most haunted photos!

This may seem like a difficult task since Habbo doesn't officially have anything paranormal going on, however, if you take a closer look around the hotel you will find many things are not quite as they seem! Don't forget to include a clever caption to tell us what is going on in your photo.

For the first challenge we asked you to create a Habbo rollercoaster of legendary proportions and design an epic "Whoa!" coaster that was contained within one room on Habbo. We had over 300 rooms submitted for the Rollercoaster challenge and Lostie was set the task of finding our nominees. (I couldn't as I'd spill my tea on a rollercoaster..) Lostie had a fun filled morning, rolling, coasting, screaming and generally being glad to be alive and in a seatbelt! He's favourites were built by:

Remember to come up with a couple of surprise and plenty of things that go bump in the night and make sure you add your room to the Nav floor so your fellow Habbo can get a right fright! And more exciting announcements - The Dark Is Rising quest for the Six Signs to save Habbo has drawn to a close.
All badges have now been awarded. (Sorry to anyone who had badge related headaches or panics over the weekend, we had a technical glitch which resulted in me having to kick the database and rough it up a bit. It didn't solve anything but it made me feel better. - Hopefully you too!) Annyway... After my rumble in the tech center we managed to work out what was wrong (it was borked) and then fixed it (unborked is the technical term) and now thousands of worthy Habbos bear the mark of a successful sign hunter!

However, there could only be a handful of Habbos brave and quick-witted enough to find all six signs so quickly as to have the Rider worried and make Merriman Lyon very proud. We were incredibly impressed at just how many of you managed to find the signs! Alas, there were only 20 Habbo who were destined to be the Habbo Seekers - who managed to find ALL six signs faster than anyone else. These Habbos win themselves a special badge to show their prowess and one of them will be choosen to win the main prize - the trip for a family of four to ICELAND! *cough*Takemewithyou!*cough*

I have a theory as to why the Fantastic 4 Competition hasn't been announced yet. And I'm suprised to see that brothers; Dan1207 and !!!Phil have both made it onto the Final 20 list, giving them a wider chance than the rest of the contestants, because, theoratically, if either of them won they'd go with eachother... Oh well! :). Well done to all winners.

I saw Lost_witness in a lot of the roller coaster rooms earlier this afternoon and some of the ones he went in seemed very rushed on the other hand the one e5 produced didn't look as bad as some of the others that had been made within 5 minutes.

The only reason i was nominated for two I havent a clue, The Horror was nothing to do with haftas, maybe she ran out of rooms i dont know, it wasnt built for that, it never made the critera, no one entered it, it wasn't under the hafta category.

When the competition is poor even poor rooms have a chance of winning because there aren't enough decent rooms to win. I agree, e5's room isn't very well suited to the theme of a roller coaster but then considering the furni you have on habbo to make a roller coaster it's not that bad. It's easy on the eyes, good colour theme and a good use of furni compared to a lot of rooms who just had some rollers going about with pods on them claiming it was a rollercoaster.

Like someone else has mentioned before, habbo realised a lot of habbos wanted badges so they hand more out. Although, now it's not 'cool' or 'unique' to have a habbo badge seeing as a lot of habbo now have at least one badge on display. Some people are going to have like 20 badges soon, if it carries on being this easy to gain a habbo badge. Personally, i'm not bothered either way.
