You should be able to return to high pitched noises after your voice breaks.

Mine broke when I was about 12/13; but there is no set age for your voice breaking and no set limit.

It can be from the age of 11, and some people never breaking.

Yeah im 14 to. My voice is kind of croaky but its still not broken.

I can imagine being 40 and having a 10 year olds voice and all the youths burning my house and throwing rocks at me!

I hope this is even remotely helpful!

Voice change

Under the influence of androgens, the voice box, or larynx, grows in both genders. This growth is far more prominent in boys, causing the male voice to drop, sometimes abruptly but rarely "over night", about one octave, because the longer and thicker vocal folds have a lower fundamental frequency. Voices never "break." A typical 12-year old boy's larynx is larger, even before voice change, than an adult woman's. Occasionally, voice change is accompanied by unsteadiness of vocalization in the early stages of untrained voices. Most of the voice change happens during stage 4 of male puberty around the time of peak growth. However, it usually precedes the development of significant facial hair by several months to years.

I'm 15- and i'd say my voice is about 75% broken.
Sure- it's deeper... but i don't think it's quite as deep as it will be...
and i still have those annoying squeeky lapses!

Well aren't you the funny one. Back on topic, there isn't really a set age at all, for some people it will be as young as 9 or 10, but it could be as late as 18.

Well I have a deep voice compared to most people, and I cant make high pitched noises. I don't think it can go any deeper.

Same, however I think it broke not long ago as my voice seemed deeper - I sound 18 to many people anyway (I'm 14).

I don't think you notice it break much...

Mine hasn't and I'm 15; 16 in February.
Lol. I don't really care, it'll happen sometime.

But I haven't really gone through puberty fully yet, I don't think. My voice being an obvious sign. I'm not tall either.
It'll happen sometime. Soon hopefully. ;)

If anything I'd say that it's inbetween; but that can't actually be right can it? :S

I love youre description x']
But i wouldnt worry about it.
Mine broke surprisingly early and it went extemely deep.
I was rather embarrassed about it at first as all my friends seemed to sound like
they were permanently inhaling helium.
Wouldnt worry about it mate.

i broke mine when i was 11.

i can still scream like a girl though, and sometimes my voice gets a tad bit squeeky. it's probably not fully broken yet. i'm 14 now.

don't worry, there isn't an exact time or age for your voice to break. every human being is different and unique in their own ways. you're probably just a late bloomer.
